The mindset of Niagara Falls Dental Clinic toward its patients is a very caring one. They are willing to accommodate all your wishes, particularly when it comes to cosmetic procedures. Of course they will deal with any problems, or potential problems, that surface, as the professional staff are very much ‘on top of their game’.

My son and I have been patients for years! Mary Beth, our hygienist, has always been very professional and patient. She is very intelligent and explains things when needed, and is dedicated to giving us beautiful sparkling smiles! Dr. Olivieri and the entire staff are wonderful and always make our visits a pleasure.

The staffs are friendly and all my hygienists have been very knowledgeable and informative. It’s a new office so very bright and clean. I’ve always had a really good experience.

I’ve never been a fan of going to the dentist, which resulted in me avoiding going for years. Once I decided to go to Niagara Falls Dental Clinic, the dentists and hygienists made me feel very comfortable. With routine checkups and cleanings my teeth felt so good like never before. I always leave feeling good and with all the information I need to take care of my oral health. The receptionists are also very personable and friendly.

I’ve come a long way since I started coming here a few years back. Highly recommend for anyone who has a severe fear/high anxiety about going to the dentist. The staff is great, and do everything they can to calm your nerves and make things as comfortable as possible.

Dr. Thompson has been my dentist since childhood and a family friend. He is a wonderful man who never fails to make me smile. I had an appointment booked for 6:00 and they called me because they were ahead of schedule which I really appreciate. When I arrived, everyone was so welcoming and kind. The office is beautiful and everything is spotless. Booking a next appointment was painless and they really investigated my dental coverage and options for me. 10/10 would recommend to ANYONE.

After my next visit I had to edit my review. I was so dizzy after anesthesia that the staff kept an eye on me after my appointment. The receptionist even offered to drive me home which I appreciated SO MUCH. They take such good care of patients. Dr. Thompson came out and ensured that I was well enough to drive after some time resting. I am so thankful to all of the staff who made sure I was safe.

I’ve been going to this dental clinic for years and have always recommended it to friends and family. Greg is professional, friendly, and takes the time to explain things thoroughly so I could always make an informed decision. His work is great as he is both meticulous and gentle, but also time efficient making sure procedures do not last uncomfortably long. My hygienist has always been Mari-Beth and I can’t imagine having my cleaning done by anyone else. She is able to work efficiently and is always conscientious about areas that may cause discomfort or pain and takes measures to minimize this. She is personable and makes the time in the chair fly by and you’ll have a great smile in no time. The team at Niagara Falls Dental Clinic is very proactive in caring for patients’ oral care and without their work, I feel my love for candy would have had me missing some teeth by now. Dr Olivieri is amazing. I hadn’t been to a dentist in over 15 years, I wasn’t happy with my teeth, and beyond embarrassed that I hadn’t taken care of them. I always feel welcome and super comfortable here. Staff is great too! I’ll recommend him to anyone who asks!!

A fantastic group of people who show a lot of care and compassion to their clients/patients. Dr. Greg is a nice man who makes you feel at ease, and Cathy, the hygienist, is a very comforting person. The entire staff is always friendly and welcoming. From the “hello’s” and smiles you receive upon arrival, to the “see you next time”, the NFDC is by far one the best in the city.
